Training Coordinator Intern

Overview

Louis Vuitton Services Europe (LVSE) operates as a regional hub supporting Client Services and operational excellence across EMEA, with a professional environment that values quality, precision and brand stewardship.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Learning Manager in the design, organisation and rollout of training programmes for Client Services teams across EMEA, including planning and co-delivery of sessions.
• Create, adapt and maintain training materials and resources for live and virtual delivery, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Act as a product champion for new collections and cascade product knowledge to Client Advisors to support commercial performance.
• Drive change by challenging existing processes, proposing improvements and supporting implementation of new training tools and approaches.
• Localise and tailor training content and tools to reflect strategic priorities and the needs of four Front Office teams spanning 15 countries.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme and eligible for an internship agreement or a Belgian CIP agreement (internship agreement from school required).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with strong organisational ability and ownership.
• Service-oriented, proactive, people-focused and comfortable working in multicultural teams.
• Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Beginner level — suitable for current bachelor’s or master’s students seeking a curricular internship; no prior professional experience required beyond academic projects or relevant campus activities.

Education

Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme and provide an internship agreement from the educational institution; Belgian CIP agreement also accepted.
