Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, deployment and monitoring of the skills development plan for the Issoudun ateliers.
- Collect and analyse training needs in collaboration with HR business partners and workshop managers.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external training (invitations, room bookings, attendance tracking).
- Liaise with external training providers and internal trainers to organise course schedules and content.
- Manage administrative aspects of training: agreements, invoices, attendance sheets and certificates.
- Maintain and update training dashboards and reporting tools to monitor participation and outcomes.
- Support follow-up of individual career development paths and participate in HR projects.
- Lead a targeted project to improve training attendance (présentéisme) and strengthen employee engagement in workshops.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related discipline.
- Eligible for a French alternance (apprenticeship) contract and available for a 2‑year rhythm (3 weeks in-company / 1 week school).
- Strong interpersonal skills, organisation and attention to detail.
- Autonomous, rigorous and responsive; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and shopfloor managers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French.

Experience
Entry-level / débutant. Suitable for a student or recent graduate currently preparing a Master (Bac+4/5) in HR. Previous internships or exposure to HR or L&D processes are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Learning & Development or equivalent.
