Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Methods & Continuous Improvement team in analysing and validating production times for new products and process changes.
  • Participate in time studies and on‑shop floor analyses to evaluate manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for industrial optimisation.
  • Contribute to the preparation and update of rapid time estimates and operational routing sheets (gammes opératoires).
  • Maintain and update technical databases and time‑data records within PLM and SAP to improve data reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams (pattern makers, prototypists, adjusters) and production to align time estimations and disseminate best practices.
  • Assist in performance analyses and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the atelier’s time reference framework.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school, engineering school or equivalent diploma programme.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Practical knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
  • Curious, agile and able to build constructive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrates environmental awareness and alignment with the Maison’s sustainability commitments.
