Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate configuration of data in information systems to facilitate internal and external workflows.
  • Define and implement tracking indicators for product nomenclature and modification requests.
  • Manage Modification Requests (DM) and update systems accordingly.
  • Conduct initial diagnostics on data anomalies reported by business teams.
  • Update technical information in the database for various workshop flows.
  • Provide support to logistics and technical teams as needed.
  • Draft standard documents and assist in structuring the department by creating tracking indicators.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended. Curiosity and agility in problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively on-site. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability objectives.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent.
