Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, modeling the brand's attitudes.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and handle client-related situations proactively.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership and support team members in their sales efforts.
- Manage sales floor operations to maximize business opportunities.
- Champion a specific product category and provide feedback to the merchandising team.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and support inventory management.

- Proven track record in team management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
