Louis Vuitton in Taormina seeks a Team Manager to lead boutique sales, coach staff and develop client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed monthly and annual team sales objectives through proactive planning and execution.
  • Lead, coach and develop boutique staff: conduct regular coaching, define individual development plans with the Field Coach Trainer and manage performance and succession.
  • Recruit and retain top retail talent in partnership with the Store Manager; establish clear individual and team targets.
  • Drive client development by building lasting relationships, leveraging clienteling tools and nurturing a personal client portfolio.
  • Implement targeted action plans to maximise product performance using visual merchandising, training and in-store activations.
  • Provide market and client feedback to the Country Office, offering product recommendations grounded in local insights.
  • Model sales leadership on the floor: maintain a visible presence, support the team in selling, and ensure the Louis Vuitton Promise is consistently delivered.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach and build succession pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills; strong client development capability.
  • Business acumen, organisational rigour, agility and resilience.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

Experience

At least 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique management, including direct responsibility for team leadership, sales targets and client development.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in Business, Luxury Management, Retail or Fashion is preferred.
