Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a key product universe or category within the store, managing a multi-million dollar business.
- Drive commercial performance, client development, and team leadership.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and leadership team to achieve results and cultivate a culture of excellence.
- Inspire and mentor the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain high performance.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury, premium, or fast-paced retail environments.
