Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a key product universe or category within the store, managing a multi-million dollar business.
  • Drive commercial performance, client development, and team leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director and leadership team to achieve results and cultivate a culture of excellence.
  • Inspire and mentor the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain high performance.

  • Passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and delivering memorable client journeys.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury, premium, or fast-paced retail environments.
