Louis Vuitton Team Manager in Singapore — lead boutique operations, drive sales and clienteling for the Fashion & Leather Goods division (Full‑time).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and embody the Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
  • Provide tailored development plans and training in partnership with the Field Coach Trainer; identify talent and support succession planning with the Store Manager.
  • Drive client development through proactive clienteling, build a personal client portfolio and support the team in long‑term relationship management.
  • Translate corporate strategy into local action: run morning briefings, team animations and sales initiatives to maximise category performance.
  • Act as the store contact for Corporate Merchandising for an assigned product category; deliver market feedback, competitor insight and product recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, grooming and operational procedures; support inventory control and staff planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong coaching and performance management skills.
  • Proven track record in clienteling, sales leadership and meeting commercial targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; culturally sensitive and client‑centric in approach.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury product categories and ability to liaise effectively with merchandising teams.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in retail management, with demonstrable leadership in luxury or premium retail environments, experience recruiting and developing teams and a proven sales track record.
