Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to enhance client relationships and drive business performance.
  • Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting team members in their sales efforts and fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
  • Build and manage a personal client portfolio while ensuring efficient sales floor management and operational excellence.
  • Provide consistent coaching to the team, identify development needs, and collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer to tailor individual action plans.
  • Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance to meet expectations.
  • Foster a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
  • Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team, conducting briefings and training sessions.
  • Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
  • Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, utilizing visual merchandising and clienteling strategies.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and luxury products.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Professional attitude and responsibility.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the retail sector.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
