Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client experience.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Louis Vuitton values and attitudes.
• Manage sales floor operations to maximize business opportunities and ensure brand standards are met.
• Support the team in clienteling and business development initiatives.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Country office based on market and client insights.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies and standards, including inventory management and staff planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
