Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client by modeling and supporting the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
  • Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships using various clienteling tools.
  • Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
  • Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
  • Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market knowledge.
  • Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in their sales efforts.
  • Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and ensure standards are met.
  • Champion a product category, providing feedback and supporting business initiatives.
  • Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
  • Assist in inventory management and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
