Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Manager in Chongqing to lead boutique teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise and model the four Louis Vuitton attitudes (Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, Commercial Mindset).
- Set and drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through clear objectives, performance management and motivational leadership.
- Recruit, identify and nurture talent; implement succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager and Field Coach Trainer.
- Drive long-term client relationships by leveraging clienteling tools, cultivating personal client portfolios and encouraging cross-selling and repurchase.
- Translate corporate strategy into store-level initiatives: run morning briefings, deliver training, animate the team and share market insights with country office.
- Manage the sales floor to maximise commercial opportunities: ensure strong product placement, visual merchandising standards and an optimal client experience.
- Act as operational lead for store standards: communicate brand policies and grooming guidelines, support inventory controls and assist workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Commercially minded with experience delivering against sales targets and implementing action plans to improve product performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to inspire teams and maintain high client-service standards.
- Organisational aptitude for operations tasks including inventory oversight and staff planning.
- Passion for luxury retail and strong alignment with brand values and client-centric service.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury or premium retail is expected, with prior supervisory or team-leader responsibilities. Demonstrable track record of coaching staff, driving sales and managing client relationships is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
