Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring succession planning.
  • Foster long-term client relationships using CRM tools and ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Communicate company strategies and inspire team members through meetings and training.
  • Act as a role model in sales techniques to enhance team performance and client retention.
  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to brand standards and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in team management within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic action plans.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
