Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Manager in Brisbane to lead the Queen Street boutique, drive category performance and elevate client experience.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing boutique team through hands-on coaching, performance management and purposeful mentorship.
  • Drive category commercial performance through strategic planning, sales leadership, clientelling and agile execution on the sales floor.
  • Own category operations including budget oversight, P&L accountability and delivery of financial targets to support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure best-in-class luxury service by cultivating a client-centric culture and personally guiding key client relationships across the Louis Vuitton product universe.
  • Act as a visible on-floor leader setting standards for service, collaboration, merchandising and operational discipline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in luxury or premium retail leadership, ideally in Senior Store Manager or Area Manager roles.
  • Proven commercial acumen with direct P&L responsibility or demonstrable experience delivering full-store or multi-site results.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop talent and to lead teams to exceed sales and service KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, business judgement and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation retail environment.

Experience

Minimum five years of leadership experience within luxury or premium retail, with a proven track record of driving team performance, commercial results and operational discipline; experience as a Senior Store Manager or Area Manager is highly relevant.

Education

Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
