Team Manager
Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager in Berlin (KaDeWe) to lead a luxury retail team, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager through proactive day-to-day leadership and execution of store strategy.
- Manage a product category as its ambassador: define and implement action plans to grow category performance and customer engagement.
- Drive the P&L and KPIs of the assigned area through data-driven planning, regular analysis and continuous optimisation.
- Recruit, onboard and develop store staff; identify development potential and deploy personnel development instruments in coordination with Store Manager and HR.
- Lead workforce planning, shift scheduling and performance management to ensure a high-performing team.
- Build and nurture client relationships through regular presence on the sales floor and by exemplifying highest standards of professionalism and service.
- Organise and support client events and activations in the store.
- Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to the Store Manager and Head Office.
- Transmit product knowledge and brand values, collaborating with the Field Coach Trainer to ensure consistent in-store standards.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum five years of retail experience with demonstrated first-line management responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and category performance.
- High affinity for luxury products and uncompromising customer service orientation.
- Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop retail teams.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
At least 5 years of relevant retail experience, including prior supervisory or team leader responsibilities in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
