Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals while supporting the team in reaching theirs.
  • Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio.
  • Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management.
  • Support the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in ensuring the team embodies brand values.
  • Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development needs and suggesting action plans.
  • Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent, contributing to succession planning.
  • Motivate the team to drive business results, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the store and Regional and Corporate teams.
  • Support the product category's business through team engagement and action plan implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent sales and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Proficient in identifying and developing talent. Strong communication and liaison skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
