Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals while supporting the team in reaching theirs.
- Cultivate and expand personal client portfolio.
- Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management.
- Support the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in ensuring the team embodies brand values.
- Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development needs and suggesting action plans.
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent.
- Serve as the store's point person for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong sales and client relationship skills.
