Role & Responsibilities

• Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure the highest level of client experience.
• Champion specific product categories to drive sales and business results.
• Manage selling and floor operations to maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
