Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Champion specific product categories to drive sales and business results.
- Manage selling and floor operations to maintain brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
