Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to global Talent Development projects by creating presentation materials and engaging with HR Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Support the deployment of a Mentoring program, including project tracking, event organization, and development of satisfaction tools and KPIs.
  • Assist in defining career paths by compiling job descriptions and associated career trajectories.
  • Participate in events to promote various professions within the company, including presentations and video testimonials.
  • Maintain an active watch on Talent Management topics through benchmarking and article selection.
  • Create tools for recording interview outcomes and assist in organizing interview schedules.
  • Develop KPI tracking tools for Talent Development activities within the Industrial and Supply Chain sectors for Louis Vuitton and LVMH Group.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Autonomy and attention to detail. Strong sense of confidentiality and service orientation.

Experience

No prior experience required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
