Role & Responsibilities

• Provide professional alteration and tailoring services to ensure garments fit impeccably on clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to offer personalized styling advice and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all alteration and tailoring projects.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton's quality and standards in all aspects of work.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for clients by delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above.
• At least six years of tailoring experience in high-end fashion brands, with a preference for women's wear background.
• Excellent tailoring skills, including mending and other specialized techniques.
• Proficient in communicating with clients and maintaining good customer relationships; outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
• Honest, eager to learn, diligent, and possesses strong teamwork spirit.
• Standard Mandarin proficiency.

Experience

A minimum of six years of experience in tailoring for high-end fashion brands, preferably with a focus on women's wear.

Education

Secondary education or higher.
