Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Distribution & Finance domain within LV_NEO, supporting the Supply Chain Planning tribe on Anaplan-based planning applications.
  • Participate in the design of solutions, business processes and target architecture for supply planning and merchandising planning use cases.
  • Map and identify required data elements and implement data feeding flows into the planning solution.
  • Develop Anaplan models: calculation modules, scenario logic and analytical dashboards.
  • Define and implement PowerBI reports necessary for operational and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional squads, architecture teams, central and regional IT stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Track and support incident resolution, maintain project documentation and contribute to regular project follow‑ups.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in a university programme, engineering school or business school with a specialization in Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Valid internship agreement (convention de stage) required.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory for this role.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and capacity to document processes and technical requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams and external partners.

Experience

Beginner — suitable for a student internship candidate; prior professional experience is not required but interest in supply chain planning, merchandising or enterprise planning tools is highly desirable.

Education

Current enrolment in a university degree, engineering programme or business school with a focus on information systems, data, supply chain or related fields; internship agreement (convention de stage) compulsory.
