Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end material supply planning for a defined portfolio of products, anticipating requisitions against stock and production requirements.
  • Create and manage purchase orders; monitor delivery performance and resolve quantity, price or anomaly disputes with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse material consumption variances between workshop usage and system parameters; escalate and propose corrective actions to maintain stability.
  • Alert the team rapidly in case of shortages and collaborate with suppliers and internal functions (project leaders, planning, headquarters) to mitigate disruption.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives, including a dedicated project to optimise consumables management (stock tracking, obsolescence, waste reduction, workplace organisation).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master) programme in business, supply chain, industrial engineering or equivalent, seeking a one‑year work‑study (alternance).
  • Demonstrated organisational rigour, attention to detail and ability to react effectively to unforeseen disruptions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to interface with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proactive mindset with an appetite for process improvement and project ownership.

Experience

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidate should be a student preparing a Bac+5 and available for a one‑year alternance starting June–July 2026.

Education
