Role & Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in the animation and monitoring of OMS tool-related projects.
• Coordinate communication between IT, Retail, Digital, and Supply Chain teams.
• Contribute to project planning, reporting, and communication.
• Analyze Supply Chain business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate the impact of technical changes on operational performance and user experience.
• Propose improvements with a focus on agility and innovation.
• Maintain and enhance the in-app guidance tool for the Supply Chain community.
• Assist in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
• Provide functional support to facilitate solution adoption.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business, engineering school, or university equivalent.
• Proficiency in IT tools, programming, data processing, with experience in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
• Fluent in English.
