Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IS teams to monitor application development, manage specific development tasks independently, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze and continuously improve business processes by bridging the gap between user needs and technical feasibility, including tool creation using Excel and Power BI.
- Assist the project manager in coordinating project activities and team dynamics, including user community engagement and communication.
- Act as a liaison for the project team, providing training and daily support to a global user community of 200, primarily in English.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school, or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
