Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Information Systems teams to oversee application development, manage certain development tasks independently, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze and continuously improve business processes by liaising between tool users and technical feasibility, designing optimal solutions, and creating tools using platforms like Excel and Power BI.
  • Assist the project manager in leading project teams and user communities, facilitating communication and creating documentation.
  • Provide training and deployment support to a global community of 200 users, offering daily assistance and conducting technical training sessions predominantly in English.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school or equivalent program.
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills

Proficiency with data management tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Access, and Visual Basic. Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy. Ability to work with quantitative data, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
