Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Information Systems teams to oversee application development, manage certain development tasks independently, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze and continuously improve business processes by liaising between tool users and technical feasibility, designing optimal solutions, and creating tools using platforms like Excel and Power BI.
- Assist the project manager in leading project teams and user communities, facilitating communication and creating documentation.
- Provide training and deployment support to a global community of 200 users, offering daily assistance and conducting technical training sessions predominantly in English.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
