Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail planner with My Store Reverse and My Product Request compliance.
- Manage international and interzone transfers, ensuring coordination of deliveries.
- Fulfill retail wish lists through stock push or store-to-store transfers.
- Assist in stock building for new store openings and POP UP events.
- Review and push for the return of obsolete and overstock items.
- Conduct weekly reviews and summaries of unfulfilled orders.
- Manage e-commerce backorders and follow up on stock transfers.
