Role & Responsibilities

  • Support stores with daily operational and logistics requests to ensure smooth product flow and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate and address stock needs.
  • Follow up on client orders to ensure accurate fulfillment across all channels.
  • Track key omni-channel performance indicators to optimize supply chain responsiveness and improve client satisfaction.
  • Support efforts to balance inventory by assessing store product opportunities and working with the EMEA regional team to enhance stock health.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify the root causes of delivery or service disruptions.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies and assist in building dashboards and reporting tools for inventory analysis.
  • Participate in inventory control processes, reporting, and occasional deep dives for operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Internship agreement from the university is mandatory.

Skills

Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language (Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple countries and cultures. Client-focused mindset with initiative, accountability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
