Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise the production planning of a designated site, ensuring immersive engagement with processes and team dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with central planning managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of operations.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including planners, schedulers, and supply chain and merchandising teams.
• Conduct site visits to enhance understanding of specific industrial processes in leather goods manufacturing.
• Optimize the alignment between raw material availability and production needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
