Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee Repair Center Purchase Order Flow, including supply order placement and invoice reconciliation.
  • Coordinate the entire export process lifecycle for international repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and seamless goods movement, including Temporary Import with Bond (TIB) for Mexico and Canada.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor providers, offering reporting, business information, and coordination with Louis Vuitton business partners.
  • Manage month-end closing inventory processes, including journal entry preparation and inventory account analysis.
  • Collaborate on inventory cycle counts and full counts, reporting results to SDL and Louis Vuitton business, and perform sub-ledger reconciliations.
  • Conduct fixed assets obsolescence and impairment reviews.
  • Plan, manage, and report fixed assets physical counts, and perform sub-ledger reconciliations.
  • Present monthly SDL Repair Center performance reviews to management.
  • Ensure compliance in Inventory and Fixed Assets cycles and track depreciation.
  • Maintain logs of exotic shipments and spare parts, ensuring CITES clearances and organized paperwork.
  • Manage physical inventory destruction processes and data analysis with third-party vendors.
  • Guide PowerBI dashboard development for new reports, providing internal customers with timely, visualized information.
  • Interact with all organizational levels, including management.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in transportation processes, including White Glove Service, High Value Transportation, and International Transportation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data-entry capacity.
  • 1-2 years of experience with domestic and international shipping carriers.

Skills

Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to provide reporting and presentation materials. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables. Ability to analyze data and suggest process improvements. Capability to work overtime as required by business demands. Aptitude for multitasking and responding effectively to changing priorities.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
