Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing current processes, simplifying and optimizing operations, and organizing relocations.
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of actions to ensure their completion.
  • Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
  • Lead projects on-site in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
  • Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve objectives in terms of gains and deadlines.
  • Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement initiatives such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, and methodologies like 5S, SMED, PDCA, AMDEC, and VSM.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in hands-on experiences and teamwork.
  • Proactive, organized, and dynamic with a strong sense of initiative.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like PowerBi. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
