Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing existing processes, conducting critical analyses, simplifying and optimizing procedures, organizing relocations, reducing stock, and enhancing delivery quality.
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of actions, ensuring their completion.
  • Propose necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
  • Lead field projects in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics improvements.
  • Estimate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve targeted gains and deadlines.
  • Utilize and develop standard work methods in continuous improvement processes, such as benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, FMEA, and VSM.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in hands-on experience and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as Power BI. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to environmental sustainability.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
