Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing current processes, simplifying and optimizing operations, and organizing stock reductions.
- Organize and monitor the execution of improvement actions to ensure completion.
- Suggest necessary training for warehouse staff and support teams to facilitate change.
- Lead projects on-site with warehouse staff and team leaders to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
- Calculate potential gains, plan resource allocation, manage project timelines, and achieve objectives related to gains and deadlines.
- Utilize and develop standard work methods within the continuous improvement framework, including benchmarking, risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, AMDEC, and VSM.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in fieldwork and team collaboration.
- Proactive, organized, and dynamic with a strong ability to propose solutions.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or General Engineering.
