Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in project-based initiatives to improve, standardize and industrialize logistics and supply processes within the atelier.
- Analyze and optimize internal and external material flows using Kaizen methodologies (DMAIC, 5S, standards).
- Design, implement and maintain performance monitoring tools including KPIs and automated dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Support end-to-end supply chain activities (scheduling, planning, procurement, order management) to ensure reliable operational support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs and harmonization of logistics practices across teams while embedding sustainability principles into operational solutions.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, liaise with multiple stakeholders and document process changes and standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final year of engineering school or equivalent Master’s level (Bac+5) programme.
- Practical proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is recommended.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S) is preferred.
- Strong analytical rigour, autonomy and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated curiosity, dynamism and an interest in field operations and sustainability.

Experience
Early‑career / entry level. Candidate should be a current final‑year engineering or Bac+5 student with an interest in hands‑on operational experience; prior internships in logistics, supply chain or process improvement are a plus but not required.
Education
Final year of engineering school or equivalent Master’s degree (Bac+5).
