Role & Responsibilities

• Support appointments with quality and assist retail teams in increasing ready-to-wear (RTW) share in store.
• Enhance RTW regular client spending value and repeat purchase rate.
• Upgrade non-RTW clients in store.
• Conduct daily styling topic sharing and collaborate with RTW team managers for new season product training.
• Perform competitor style analysis and share insights with the store team.
• Assist in styling-related training and evaluate new hires' RTW/styling skills.
• Maintain and update fashion knowledge and participate in the appraisal panel of regional styling managers.
• Provide RTW selling support and assist in in-store events, including model fittings and photo shoots.
• Ensure grooming standards are met and supervise staff to eliminate inappropriate etiquette.

Qualifications

• Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Strong business acumen.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.

Beginner level experience in fashion styling or a related field.
