Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate prototype development: produce and maintain nomenclatures (BOMs), track raw material requirements and operate collection follow-up tools to ensure timely progress.
- Oversee the mock-up phase: liaise with prototypists during research and maquettage to guarantee prototypes meet design intent and delivery schedules.
- Support the design team: translate creative briefs into technically feasible solutions while safeguarding quality standards and margin objectives.
- Manage component launches: supervise the end-to-end process for components (handles, straps, charms) from design brief through operational follow-up to reception.
- Handle administrative follow-up: track invoicing, prototyping capacity and collection budgets to ensure alignment with industrial objectives.
- Contribute to the broader industrialization process by ensuring aesthetic conformity and compliance with cost, quality and timing targets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent (Master's level / Bac+4 or Bac+5).
- Demonstrated interest and sensitivity for product, preferably leather goods/maroquinerie.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and effective time management.
- Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and comfortable taking initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Entry-level internship; suitable for students at Master’s level (Bac+4/5) or recent graduates with academic background in business, engineering, design or related fields. No prior professional experience required, though exposure to product development or leather goods is advantageous.

Master's-level student (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in business, engineering, industrial design, fashion product development or equivalent.
