Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of prototypes, including managing bill of materials and tracking raw material needs.
  • Ensure the smooth progression of the mock-up phase, supporting prototypists to meet design expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to align creative ideas with technical constraints while maintaining quality standards and margin objectives.
  • Supervise the launch of components such as handles, straps, and charms from design brief to operational follow-up.
  • Manage administrative tasks including billing, mock-up development capacity, and collection budgets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, at Bac+4/+5 level.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and time management. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-taking.

Experience

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent.
