Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and manage incoming clients, coordinate in-store traffic and waiting areas
- Provide sales-support duties including gift-wrapping and customer service tasks
- Assist sales staff with merchandise presentation and transactional follow-through
- Attend to customers during waiting periods, offering hospitality and personalised attention
- Support the sales process by engaging with clients and assisting where required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (student assistant role)
- Ideally first experience in retail, hospitality, tourism or hotel services
- Sensitivity and discretion when interacting with high-end clientele
- Confident personal presentation and polished manners
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
