Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for window installations.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
- Prepare products in the back of house and manage location changes in the database (RMS) and installation.
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Visit competitors and report best practices.
- Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Team Manager, or Senior Client Advisor on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category in collaboration with Expert Advisors and validate with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events.
- Conduct day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks to ensure luxury retail standards.
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and visual merchandising principles.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field preferred.
