Join Louis Vuitton in Munich as a Store Trainer to develop retail teams and enhance customer experiences. Full-time, 2-year contract in Germany.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a culture of in-store coaching focused on Client Advisors and their individual development needs.
  • Observe customer interactions on the sales floor and provide coaching through active listening and targeted questioning to help team members develop their own solutions.
  • Support Store Managers in creating individual coaching plans based on team gap analyses and coach teams in sales competencies ('Coaching the Coach').
  • Provide continuous feedback to Store Managers and HR on the performance and development of individual team members.
  • Utilize Voice results to foster individual development and identify and improve causes of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
  • Execute central training initiatives, such as Client Experience, through sustainable in-store coaching and fostering a strong shop floor presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Team to conduct and moderate product training, including new product launches.
  • Develop competencies in silhouette building by combining product knowledge and sales techniques to optimize cross-selling.
  • Use role-playing and on-the-floor coaching to sustainably increase customer value.
  • Ensure complete transparency for Store Management regarding training activities (progress, necessary actions, challenges, etc.) and provide corresponding recommendations.
  • Manage, track, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of all in-store training in close collaboration with Store Management and through continuous presence on the sales floor.
  • Identify and develop potential training talents within the stores to support and coach others.
  • Oversee the in-store Learning Management System (LMS), including complete documentation of all training and ensuring Store Management's tool competence.
  • Ensure a uniform and structured onboarding for all new employees.
  • Coordinate closely with HR for proactive personnel and onboarding planning.
  • Regularly communicate with trainees, providing feedback on progress to the employees themselves, their supervisors, and HR during the onboarding and training phase.
  • Serve as a platform for exchanging experiences and best practices among stores in the area of coaching initiatives and programs.
  • Exemplify company policies and processes.
  • Deliver excellent personal service and adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in training or adult education, ideally in the retail, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Successful completion of a trainer qualification.
  • Strong affinity for the retail and luxury segment.
  • Strong identification with the Louis Vuitton brand and its values.
  • Enthusiasm for customer-oriented consulting and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German and English.
  • Strong interest in the digital world and social media.
  • Positive demeanor with a confident and motivating presence.

Experience
