Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure operational efficiency and superior customer experience.
  • Manage back-of-house operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Store Manager and stakeholders.
  • Uphold the Louis Vuitton brand image and values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
