Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure operational efficiency and superior customer experience.
- Manage back-of-house operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of the store team.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with the Store Manager and stakeholders.
- Uphold the Louis Vuitton brand image and values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years in retail operations, with a preference for experience within a luxury brand environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
