Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exemplary sales leadership by building a personal client portfolio and driving client repurchase rates.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management while maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Lead and coach a team to ensure exceptional brand and product awareness and deliver the highest level of client experience.
- Recruit and develop highly motivated teams, securing succession plans.
- Provide the General Manager with data and industry expertise related to customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling training, and team animations.
Qualifications
- Commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the luxury market.
- Extensive people management skills within a high-profile luxury retail brand.
- World-class customer service skills.
- Fluency in English is a plus.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-profile luxury retail brand is required.
