Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exemplary sales leadership by building a personal client portfolio and driving client repurchase rates.
  • Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management while maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
  • Lead and coach a team to ensure exceptional brand and product awareness and deliver the highest level of client experience.
  • Recruit and develop highly motivated teams, securing succession plans.
  • Provide the General Manager with data and industry expertise related to customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling training, and team animations.

Qualifications

  • Commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the luxury market.
  • Extensive people management skills within a high-profile luxury retail brand.
  • World-class customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
