Join Louis Vuitton in Madrid as a Stock Controller. This full-time position offers an opportunity to manage stock operations and enhance client experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
  • Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
  • Guarantee the availability of appropriate products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and maintain a precise counting calendar.
  • Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and support Client Advisors.
  • Manage office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies following internal audit guidelines.
  • Comply with company processes and procedures, contributing to the store's global objectives.
  • Assist Client Advisors in adapting to public inflow and meeting client needs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and responsibility. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment. Team player with strong collaboration skills. Customer-focused approach. Curiosity and willingness to learn. Basic tech knowledge, including daily use of computers and tech tools.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in stock management or supply chain, preferably within a retail setting.
