Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging.
  • Manage deliveries and promptly replenish stock.
  • Ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Implement and execute daily stock counts.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage requests.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare the sales floor with necessary supplies for Client Advisors.
  • Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
  • Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
  • Monitor store maintenance.
  • Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall objectives.
  • Assist Client Advisors with customer flow and needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
