Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging.
- Manage deliveries and promptly replenish stock.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Implement and execute daily stock counts.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage requests.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare the sales floor with necessary supplies for Client Advisors.
- Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
- Monitor store maintenance.
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors with customer flow and needs.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in appearance and conduct.
