Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
• Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
• Guarantee product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
• Conduct daily stock counts and create a precise counting calendar.
• Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure seamless selling processes.
• Manage office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
• Follow internal audit guidelines and comply with company processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams to fulfill global store objectives and optimize client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
• Fluency in Turkish; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach to enhance client experience.
