Role & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently organize and maintain all storage rooms, ensuring logical arrangement of products and packaging.
  • Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and precise stock preparation and replenishment.
  • Ensure the availability of appropriate products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and maintain an accurate counting calendar.
  • Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to facilitate a seamless selling process.
  • Manage office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
  • Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
  • Integrate fully with the store team to achieve global store objectives.
  • Support Client Advisors in adapting to client needs and public inflow.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in stock management or supply chain, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work full-time for the entire summer season.
