Stock Advisor
Louis Vuitton in Rome seeks a Stock Advisor (contract) to manage inventory, replenishment and Back‑of‑House logistics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming product receipt and process stock replenishment to the sales floor according to merchandising plans.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by liaising with the supply chain and executing stock transfers.
- Oversee organisation and operational efficiency of the Back of House, including storage, labelling and housekeeping.
- Conduct and manage inventory counts and discrepancy investigations to safeguard stock accuracy.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to store performance targets through data‑driven actions.
- Implement and support new logistics processes or Back of House projects to improve throughput and accuracy.
- Provide sales support and high‑level customer assistance on the shop floor when required.
Qualifications
- Commercial mindset with curiosity, empathy and agility.
- Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Proactive attitude with sound problem‑solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Good command of Excel and ease in using retail IT systems.
- Fluent English (B2); additional languages considered an asset.
- Availability to work weekends.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in stock management, inventory control or logistics within retail—preferably in fashion or luxury environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical qualification in logistics, supply chain, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
