Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception of products and restocking of inventory and sales floor.
  • Effectively manage stock levels, interacting with the supply chain.
  • Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House.
  • Manage product transfers.
  • Monitor logistical KPIs and contribute to achieving store results.
  • Conduct inventory management.
  • Implement new logistics processes and Back of House organization projects.
  • Support sales and provide customer assistance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Curiosity, empathy, and agility with a commercial mindset. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and ease with IT systems. Fluency in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus. Availability to work on weekends.

Experience

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
