Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage product reception operations and ensure efficient stock replenishment and sales floor supply.
  • Effectively control stock levels by liaising with the supply chain.
  • Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House.
  • Oversee product transfers.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to achieving store targets.
  • Manage inventory processes.
  • Implement new logistics processes and Back of House organizational projects.
  • Provide sales support and customer assistance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Curiosity, empathy, and agility. Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and ease with IT systems. Fluency in English (B2 level); additional languages are advantageous. Availability to work on weekends.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
