Senior Stock Controller
Louis Vuitton is hiring a Senior Stock Controller in London (Full-time, Permanent) to lead inventory, replenishment and after-sales at the New Bond Street Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure back-of-house efficiency and immaculate stockroom organisation to uphold Louis Vuitton merchandising and storage standards.
- Coach and develop store teams to drive productivity and operational excellence; lead by example in daily briefings and store routines.
- Manage inventory lifecycle including receiving, accurate processing of deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom maintenance to maximise availability on the sales floor.
- Operate and manage My Product Request (MPR) processes and liaise with Supply Chain to resolve product availability and client requests.
- Coordinate after-sales service cases: process repair requests, manage repair workflow, perform client follow-up and ensure quality issues are resolved.
- Administer vendor contracts and oversee store maintenance activities as required.
- In larger boutiques, recruit, manage and develop stock or logistics team members; take responsibility for local KPIs and store objectives.
- Maintain exemplary grooming and behavioural standards in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in stock/inventory management within retail; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams, with strong people-management and motivational skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to stock control.
- Commercial mindset with customer-service orientation and ability to convert after-sales into client relationship opportunities.
- Strong ownership and decision-making capacity, with professional conduct and discretion handling client and product-related issues.
- Familiarity with vendor contract administration and basic store maintenance coordination.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in inventory or stock control, ideally within luxury retail; demonstrable exposure to team leadership, after‑sales processes and collaboration with supply chain partners.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, retail management or a related field is preferred.
