Role & Responsibilities

Design on form, flattening of the shirt by hand, and subsequent development and digitization of molds.
Provide technical support in model elaboration.
Develop models in various sizes as needed.
Oversee the prototype rectification during various sample stages.
Coordinate with the stitching department.

Qualifications

Technical education and/or specialization in the footwear sector or equivalent.
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sneaker and/or sports footwear sector for men and women.
Excellent knowledge of materials and components used in footwear manufacturing.

Skills

Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in 2D CAD; knowledge of ELITRON software is a plus. Teamwork orientation, proactivity, precision, and attention to detail. Ability to manage priorities, even under tight deadlines.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sneaker and/or sports footwear sector.

Education

Technical education and/or specialization in the footwear sector or equivalent.
